Theme: More abundantly than we ask.

Goal:

To get our disciples and H2Group members to understand that God wants to do much more abundantly than we ask, according to the power that operates in us.

Icebreakers:

Encourage H2Group members to comment on what it means to have power.

1. Ask someone in your group to read Ephesians 3:20.
2. Ask someone else to pray for their time together.

Questions to discuss:

1. Encourage your H2group members to comment on the passage we just read Ephesians 3:20.
2. Encourage your H2group members to comment on what power God has not given to accomplish all things.
3. Encourage your H2group members to comment on what is the first thing we need to feed in order to operate in the power that God has given us. R/ Our Mind. Why?

Closing activity:

Ask your H2OGroup members to meditate in their heart for a few minutes, if God makes all things possible as I can connect my mind and heart with God’s thoughts. 

Closing prayer:

Father we give glory and honor to you. On this day we ask you to help us make a connection between our mind and our heart, so that by connecting our whole being to you we can walk in the unlimited power of your Holy Spirit in us and expect greater things than we ask or understand. We ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen
